Seamless support – so that you can relax

Our support service gives you exceptional levels of support without the need for in-house IT staff. We achieve that by monitoring your system and then rapidly diagnosing and fixing any actual or potential problems – remotely if possible, or via an engineer’s on-site intervention if not.

We even work closely with businesses that have an in-house IT department, providing hosting, backup and other vital support services.

Our objective is to defend you against ever-increasing levels of attack from viruses and hackers, while keeping your IT running smoothly at all times, with data constantly backed-up.

We provide three levels of support contract, ranging from a Remote contract, which delivers telephone support, through to our all-inclusive Premier Plus contract. You can select the support level that best suits your needs, and then have the flexibility to add more products and services on a pay-as-you-go basis depending on your contract level.

We are long-established IT professionals and we specialise exclusively in meeting the needs of SMEs. Our staff are all qualified IT professionals working under the direction of our Managing Director, who has over 20 years’ experience, both as a user and as an IT consultant.

We are independent, which means that we will never propose any hardware or software product simply because we resell it. We will only recommend and supply hardware or software that provides the best solution for your needs.

We are, however, an accredited Microsoft Partner and a certified reseller for other selected manufacturers – but only those we judge to be 'best of breed' solutions.
