In his role as Service Delivery Manager at Dunston he applies meticulous attention to detail to ensure committed and constant customer satisfaction, through prompt attention and superlative quality deliverables. His extensive hands-on IT experience and qualifications help him to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met, and often exceeded.

Before joining Dunston he spent three years as a senior Service Delivery Manager, managing 20 staff and controlling the delivery of a wide range of IT support to customers, including Helpdesk services. Before that he was an IT Team Leader for six years.
