Jo is responsible for co-ordinating Dunston’s marketing and IT training services. She has always worked in marketing, and before joining Dunston IT, organised and promoted events for training and education companies. Whilst working, Jo took self-funded evening classes to gain the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
Her other marketing jobs have included worked for a publisher and events organiser with a global client base, predominantly in Europe and the USA. There, she was involved with sales and marketing communications to their entire customer base, representing the company to customers worldwide.
She also worked for an Independent School as Development Officer in the Marketing & Development Office, managing their website, communications to stakeholders, and a programme of on-site and off-site events.
Her other experience includes working for an office refurbishment company as an Account Manager, project-managing office relocations that often involved co-ordinating the installation of new IT, or moving current IT and cabling.
Jo has a large family that includes two stepchildren. With her partner she tries to visit somewhere new every year; usually places with a theme such as Ypres, Normandy and the Somme or Bruges for the chocolate!

Normandy in France, as it is historical, cultured and picturesque – and was sunny!
